Please note : All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the personal nature of jewelry. Once an order is received, we cannot process any returns or exchanges. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will assist with a replacement. All customized or personalized items are non-returnable.
